Biography
Born May 15, 1983, Kazakh, native of the village of Terekty-Bulak, Kurchum district, East Kazakhstan region.
In 2005, he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov, majoring in "history".
In 2009 - the East Kazakhstan State University named after Sarsen Amanzholov, majoring in "state and local government".
He began his career as a tax inspector in the office of the Akim of the Kozhokhov rural district of the Glubokovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region (2006);
Assistant to the Akim of the district for Civil Defense and Emergencies in the office of the Akim of the Glubokovsky district (2013);
Chief specialist of the internal policy department of the Glubokovsky district (2014);
Deputy head of the department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the Glubokovsky district (2015);
Akim of the Kozhokhov rural district of the Glubokovsky district (2015-2017);
Head of the internal policy department of the Glubokovsky district (2017-2023);
