Biography
Nurgohaev Kuat Zholtayuly was born on August 21, 1970 in the villge of Bala-Topar, Balkhash region. My education-graduation from the Kazakh National Agrarian University in 1998 as a mechanical engineer.
Mu career path: from August 25, 2021, he was elected to the post of akim of the Topar rural district of the Balkhash district.
