Biography
Born on June 20, 1968 in the city of Shymkent, South Kazakhstan region. Kazakh.
In 1992 he graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Systems Engineering, in 1996 the Republican Institute for Retraining Accounting Personnel with a degree in Accountant-Economist, in 2017 he graduated from the Kazakhstan Engineering and Pedagogical University of Peoples' Friendship with a Master's degree in Economics.

In 1999-2004 worked as the head of the information and statistical center of the South Kazakhstan region.
In 2005-2018 worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Statistics of the South Kazakhstan Region, Deputy Head of the Department of Statistics of the South Kazakhstan Region.
n 2018-2022 worked as the head of the Department of Statistics in Shymkent of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the head of the Department of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Zhambyl region.
Since October 14, 2022, he has been working as the Head of the Department of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Shymkent.
