Biography
Kalamkarov Talgat Stevic was born 14 October 1983 in the village of Sirkali Syrdarya region of Kyzylorda oblast.
In 1989, he was admitted to the 1st class of the secondary school named after A. Zhamishev, and in 2000 he graduated from this school.
In 2001, he entered the Almaty Law College and graduated in 2003.
In 2003, he entered the Kyzylorda Academic University of Economics, Ecology and Law, in 2008 he graduated with a degree in Law.
In 2008, he entered the University "Bolashak", in 2010 he graduated as a teacher of the Department "Informatics".
In 2006, he entered the general education school named after A. Zhamishev №129, majoring in "Programmer".
since 2009, he has been working as a computer science teacher, and since october 3, 2014-deputy director for academic affairs of the general education school named after A. Zhamishev №129.
since march 24, 2017, he has been the akim of shirkeyli rural district.
he is married and has 5 sons.
