Biography
Bulybayeva Raya Izbasarovna was born on January 24, 1969 in the village of Koktal, Balkhash district, Almaty region. He began his career in 1986 in the village of Koktal, Balkhash district, Almaty region, as a builder of the Koktal state farm. In 1987, he entered the Shymkent Cooperative Technical College in Shymkent, and in 1989 graduated from it with a degree in "Management of non-food products". In 2005, he entered the Faculty of Accounting and Audit of the Kazakh State Agrarian University and graduated from this higher educational institution in 2007. She is a wonderful mother who brings up six children in her family, three boys and three girls.
