    Biography

    Baygazinova Gaukhar Nurtayevna, was born on November 30, 1970 in the city of Ushtobe, Almaty region.
Graduated: (1990-1992) Taldykurgan Law College, (2002-2005) Academy of Labor and Social Relations.
    Since 1992, she began her career as a chief specialist in the department of employment and social protection of the population of Karatal distrct.From 2006 to March 2009, she was the chief specialist of the business department of Karatalsky district.
    From April 2009 to December 2010, she was the head of the entrepreneurship department of Karatal district.
    From 2011 to December 2011 she was the deputy head of the economics department, budget planning and entrepreneurship of the Karatal distrct. Since January 2012 - Head of the Entrepreneurship Department of Karatal District.
