Seylov Adil Keldesevich

Seilov Adil Keldeshevich was born in 1976 in the city of Abay, Karaganda region. In 1998 he graduated from the Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in economics and management in the mining industry and geological exploration. In 2003 he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Jurisprudence.

He began his career in 1998 as an economist at Algorithm LLP, Abai.

In 2000, he entered the civil service as the acting chief specialist of the akim's office of the city of Abay.

From 2001 to 2004, he held the positions of Chief Specialist, Chairman of the Committee for Economics and Entrepreneurship Development of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Abaisky District".

From 2005 to 2006, he held the position of head of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Abay District".

From 2006 to 2015, he was the head of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the Abay District", head of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Abay District".

From 2015 to 2016, he worked as an expert of the 1st category of the project support department of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region.

From 2016 to 2019, he was appointed director of the branch in the Abai district of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region.

From 2019 to the present appointment, he was the head of the administrative department, the head of the project support department of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region
