Tolegenuly Mukhtar

Mukhtar Tolegenuly was born on March 27, 1977 in the village of Karaul, Abai district, Semipalatinsk region, Kazakh nationality.

In 1999 he graduated from Semey State University with a degree in Economics and Management.

He began his career on November 3, 1999 as an inspector of the audit department of the tax committee of the Abai region and until September 3, 2003 held the positions of a leading tax inspector, chief tax inspector.

From September 8, 2003 to April 16, 2006, he worked as chief specialist, chief treasurer, head of the sector of the Treasury Department of the city of Semey.

Since April 17, 2006, the head of the Abay regional department of the treasury, since August 4, 2008, the head of the Abay regional department of the treasury, since September 23, 2008, the deputy head of the Treasury Department for the East Kazakhstan region, since August 25, 2011, the head of the Treasury Department for the East Kazakhstan region.

From September 1, 2021, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Treasury Department for the East Kazakhstan region.

From August 15, 2022 to the present - Head of the Treasury Department for the Abay region.
