Born on February 23,1976 in Issyk,Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region.
In 1998, he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of transport and comunication.

In 2002, he worked as a chief specialist in the organizational and Personnel Department of the Office of the Akim of Enbekshikazakh district.
In 2003, he was the mayor of a separate rural district.
In 2009, he was the head of the Office of the Akim of Enbekshikazakh district.
In 2012, head of the Department of Economics and budget planning of Enbekshikazakh district.
In 2019, head of the Department of Agriculture of Enbekshikazakh district.
Since 2021, he has been appointed head of the Department of Agriculture and land relations of Enbekshikazakh district.
