Zhumabaev Bauyrzhan Akzholovich, was born on May 15, 1983 in the village of Akshi, Kurtinsky rural okrug of Ili district. He received his secondary education at secondary school No. 8 in the village of Akshi. He is a graduate of the Kazakh National University named after Satbayev.
