Biography
He graduated from Kokshetau University named after Abay Myrzakhmetov with a degree in engineer for the organization of transportation in road transport.
He started his career in 2005 as an assistant foreman at Tugel-Aubakir & K LLP.
Since 2006, he has been appointed a master adjuster of Tugel-Aubakir & K LLP.
From 2008 to 2009, he served in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a laboratory assistant at Kazpako LLP, Atbasar city.
In 2010, he worked as a chief specialist at the KSU "Department of Housing and Communal Services of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Zhaksyn district".
In 2013, he was appointed head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Zhaksyn district.
From 2016 to 2021, he held the position of deputy akim of the Zhaksyn district.
From 2021 to 2022, he worked as deputy akim of the Yesilsky district.
On August 31, 2022, he was appointed deputy akim of the Zhaksyn district.
