Teltaev Yerzhan Berikovich

Yerzhan Berikovich Teltaev was born on July 14, 1984 in the village of Zhalanash, Kegensky district, Almaty region. Graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. He received his second higher education in Economics.

He began his career in 2011 in the office of the akim of the Yevgenemalovodnensky rural district (now the Baidibek bi rural district) as a chief specialist. He worked in this position until 2021. In September 2021 , he took the position of deputy akim of the rural district of Baidibek bi
