Biography
Born in 1974 in the city of Kyzylorda.
Education: higher education, in 1999 he graduated from Kyzylorda State University with a degree in Law and methods of legal education, in 2004-from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in jurisprudence.
Career: 1992-1993 cook trust "Kyzyl-Ondestroy", 1995-2000 worker "Agrofirma "Leasing", 2001-2002 associate in SCE "Serbia ormany", 2003-2004 chief specialist of Kyzylorda regional territorial Department for forestry and hunting, 2004-2005 head of the Sirdarya regional Department of the Department of justice of Kyzylorda region, 2005-2006 head of Department of justice of Kyzylorda region, the acting head of the Department of justice of Syrdarya region, 2006-2008 head of Department of justice of Kyzylorda region, From 2008 to 2009 he worked as chief inspector of state-legal work of apparatus of akim of the region, from 2009 to 2010-head of Department of legal support, organizational-personnel work and public procurement of the Department of agriculture of Kyzylorda oblast, from 2010 to 2011-head of Department of projects and environmental review management of natural resources and regulation of environmental management of Kyzylorda oblast.
From December 2011 to the present, Head of the Department of State Environmental Expertise of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Kyzylorda region.
