Biography
Born in 1987. Higher education. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, O.Zholdasbek Academy of Economics and Law, majoring in finance, law.
He started his career as the secretary of the head of the Almaty regional branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Taldykorgan.
Over the years, he worked as a leading specialist – economist of the Almaty regional branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chief specialist of the legal and state-legal department of the Akim of the region, chief inspector of the Akim of the Almaty region of the Monitoring Department of public Services and Information Technologies, chief of staff, deputy Akim of the city of Tekeli, head of the Department of Trade of the Committee on Trade of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic Kazakhstan.
Since August 2022, he has been appointed Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Zhetisu region.
