Hе was born on January 3, 1986 in Talgar, Almaty region.

2003-2008 graduated from the higher educational institution "Kazakhstan Engineering and Economic University" with a degree in Engineering.

Graduated from the East Kazakhstan University. Sarsen Amanzholova with a master's degree in Economics in the direction of "scientific and pedagogical" specialty "State and local government".

He began his career as an acting chief specialist of the Technical Control Department of the State Institution «Department of Agriculture of the Almaty region».

Over the years, he held the positions of chief specialist of the technical control Department, head of the Department of the State Institution «Department of Agriculture of the Almaty region».

Since September 2022, he has been appointed head of the Department of Technical Control and Water Management of the State Institution «Department of Agriculture of the Zhetisu Region».
