Kartbaev Berdibek Kenzhebekovich

Berdibek Kartbayev was born in 1989.
Higher education. In 2010, he studied at the Zhanaozen College of oil and gas named after O. Turmaganbetuly, in 2013 at the Aktobe university named after S. Baishov, in 2022 at the Caspian University of technology and engineering named after sh.Yessenov.

He started his career in 2012 as an inspector of the Zhanaozen City Department of Housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways. From 2013 to 2020, he worked as the chief specialist, head of the Department, deputy head of the Department of Housing and communal services of the Department of energy and housing and communal services of Mangystau region.

In 2020, he was the acting head of the Department of regulation of natural monopolies and prices of the Department of the committee for regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Mangystau region. Later, it was he who was appointed to the post of head of this department.

In 2021-2022, he was the head of the Department of energy and housing and communal services of the Mangystau region.
