Biography
Abdikasimov Kainar Izaevich was born on January 15, 1986 in the village of Tegistik, Raiymbek district, Almaty region. Education-higher. In 2005, Dinmukhamed Akhmetovich graduated from Kunaev University College, in 2019-Almaty University with a degree in law.
He started his career in 2006-2007 as a chief specialist of the state institution "Office of Akim of Tegistik rural district" of Raiymbek District of Almaty region.
In 2012, he worked as the Chief Specialist - Manager of the state institution "Office of Akim of Uzak batyr rural district" of Raiymbek district.
In 2012-2019, he held the position of Chief Specialist – Business Manager of the state institution "Office of Akim of Tegistik rural district" of Raiymbek district.
Since February 13, 2023, he has been elected mayor of Tegistik rural district.
