Biography
Emenbayev Tursun Ashimzhanovich, was born on February 15, 1964 in the village of Koram, Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region, in a peasant family, Kazakh nationality. In 1984 he entered the Almaty Institute of Architecture and Construction and graduated in 1989 with a degree in woodworking technologist. Married, has 3 children.
He began his career in 1981 in SMU-11 of the Alma-Atazhilstroy trust as a handyman of the 1st category. Over the years, he worked at the Institute "Kazgiproniktibyt" as an engineer in the department of research of housing and household problems, as a process engineer. He worked at the Kramskoy Tobacco Farm, as a builder, a construction foreman. Hydraulic engineer in the RSE of the Department for the operation of the Bartogai reservoir and the Great Almaty Canal named after D.Kunaev. Master of "ATS-Plast" LLP. Foreman at Stroytek LLP. Chairman of the cooperative SPKV "Koram". Deputy Director of "Akzholagrotrans" LLP. According to the results of the elections of September 29, 2015, from 01.10.2015, he holds the position of akim of the Koram rural district.
