Biography
Katubaev Zharkyn Kanatovich was born on 03.09.1985 in Karasay district of Almaty region.
In 2007 he graduated from the Kazakh National Pedagogical University of Almaty, with a Bachelor of Finance degree.
From 2008 to 2020, he worked as a chief specialist, head of the sector, deputy head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Karasai district.
Since 2020, he has been working as the akim of the Aitei rural district.
