Biography
Aliaskarov Zhenisbek Monkebayevich was born on 10/24/1961 in the village of Sumba, Uygur district, Almaty region. From 1978 to 1983, he studied at the zootechnical faculty of the Almaty Veterinary Institute, specializing in zooengineering.
