Ogizbayev Aybar Ganievich was born on March 29, 1992 in the village of Koktal, Balkhash district, Almaty region. He entered the school in 1998, graduated from the A. Akhmetov Secondary School in 2009, entered the T. Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics in 2009, and graduated from this educational institution in 2013 with a degree in Management. , entered Konaevsky University, graduated in 2015 with a degree in Law, father of two children in the family.
