Biography
Shobeev Erbol Serikbaevich was born on June 8, 1973 in the village of Zheltorangi, Balkhash district, Almaty region. Higher education. In 1990 he entered the Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, and in 1995 he graduated from this institute with a degree in agricultural mechanization. From August 15, 1995 to April 14, 1997, he began his career as a car mechanic of the rural cooperative Zheltorangi, Kurtinsky district. From July 1, 1998 he worked as a specialist of the akim of the Zheltorangi rural district until March 15, 2001. From March 15, 2001 to June 4, 2002 temporarily unemployed. From June 4, 2002 to March 14, 2017, he held the position of chief specialist of the administration of the akim of the Zheltorangi rural district. Since March 14, 2017, he has been working as akim of the Zheltorangi rural district of the Balkhash region.
