Biography
Adylov Shatlyk Tursunzhanovich was born on December 15, 1985 in the town of Esik, Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region.
In 2009, he graduated from the Kazakh Head Architectural and Construction Academy with a degree in architecture.
He started his career in 2016 as a leading specialist of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region.
From 2019-2021 he worked as Deputy akim of the city of Esik. On July 27, 2021, he was appointed akim of the Tashkensaz rural district.
