Ratova Kuttykyz Artykovna

Ratova Kuttykyz Artykovna, born on April 26, 1975 in Shieli village, Shieli district, Kyzylorda region, higher education, graduated from the Humanities and Pedagogical Institute in 2004 with a degree in pedagogy and psychology, in 2014 with a degree in law from the University of the Future.

He began his career in 1995 as a worker in ORS NOD-1, Shieli village. From 1998 to 2007 he worked as an inspector of the Shieli village hospital, Shieli district hospital, 
from 2007 to 2009 he worked as a psychologist at the Shieli village lyceum, Sh. and Chief Specialist of Human Resources,From 2010 to 2013 he was the Chief Inspector of the 
Department of Organization and Personnel Work of Shieli District Akim's Office, from 2013 to 2014 he was the Head of the Personnel Department of Shieli District Akim's Office. 
He is the head of the department of personnel management (personnel service) of the municipal state institution "Akim's Office of the district". He is married and has 3 sons.
