Biography
Sarabekov Yerbolat Sarabekuly was born in the village of Tauip, Aktobe region in the Yrgyz district. In 2008 he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in computer systems of information processing and management. In 2013 he graduated from the Almaty University of Continuing Education with a degree in law.
He began his career in 2010 as a leading specialist of the State Administration of the Akim of the city of Esik. Since 2010, a leading specialist in the sports sector in the Department of Education of the Enbekshikazakh district.
