Murzakhmetov Askar Aidakhanovich, was born on May 15, 1962 in the village of Bakanas, Balkhash district, Almaty region.Kazakh by nationality.I am a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.I live in the village of Bakbakty, Balkhash district, Almaty region.In 1979, he went to the 1st grade and graduated from this school with good grades.In 1988 he graduated from the correspondence department of the agricultural college in Talgar with a degree in agronomism.In 1980-1982, he served his military service in a military unit in the city of Rano.
