Biography
She was born on November 11, 1966 in the village of Zhalanash, Kegen district, Almaty region.
From 1984 to 1985, she studied at the Almaty School of Communications, majoring in telegraphy.
From 1987 to 1988, she graduated in absentia from the Semipalatinsk Financial and Economic College with a degree in insurance.
From 2004 to 2007, she received higher education at the M. Tynyshpaev Academy of Transport and Communications, majoring in economics.
She began her career in 1985-1990 as an inspector and senior inspector of the Auezov District State Insurance Inspectorate.
On June 29, 1990, in a shift order from 02.07.1990 to 05.10.1991, she worked as an economist at the Kegen district State Insurance Inspectorate.
From 08.10.1991 to 27.05.1997, she was appointed head of the Kegen district Department of Social Security, department of social assistance.
From 31.07.1997 to 05.01.2005, she worked in the Rayymbek district Department of Social Protection, head of the department of social assistance.
From 05.01.2005 to 24.07.2007, she was appointed head of the department of social assistance at home for the lonely elderly of the Raiymbek district Department of Employment and Social Programs.
From 24.07.2007 to 28.11.2007, she was appointed Acting Chief Specialist of the Department of Planning and Execution of budget programs of the Rayymbek District Department of Employment and Social Programs.
From 28.11.2007 to 16.05.2008, she worked as a chief specialist of the Department of planning and execution of budget programs of the Rayymbek district Department of Employment and Social Programs.
From 16.05.2008 to 27.10.2016 he held the position of head of the sector of planning and execution of budget programs of the Rayymbek district Department of Employment and Social Programs.
From 28.10.2016 to 04.05.2018, he worked as deputy head of the Rayymbek district Department of Employment and Social Programs.
