Biography
Born on September 8, 1992 in the village of Baidibek bi Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region.
In 2010-2014, he studied at the Academy of Economics and Law in Almaty, majoring in jurisprudence.He began his career in October 2014 as a leading specialist in the administration of the akim of the Avat rural district of the village of Avat.
From February 2015 to May 2015, he worked as a leading specialist in the legal and state legal department of the akim's office of the Enbekshikazakh region.
From May 2015 to May 2017, he worked in the department of sports and physical culture as a chief specialist.
From May 2017 to July 2018, he worked as deputy akim of the Avat rural district.
On July 2, 2018, he was elected akim of the Karakemer rural district.
