1989: Born. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Shokan Ualikhanov State University.
2011: Commenced his career as a Leading Specialist in Public Procurement at the Akimat of the Gabit Musrepov District, North Kazakhstan Region.
Various years: Worked within the administrative structure of the Akimat of the Gabit Musrepov District, North Kazakhstan Region.
From 2018: Chief Expert of the Project Development Division at the Telecommunications Committee of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019–2022: Head of the Division for the Development of Projects in the Field of Television and Radio Broadcasting at the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of тол Republic of Kazakhstan.
