Abilov Yerlan Zhangeldinovich

Born on August 22, 1991 in Tastyozek village, Karabalyk district, Kostanay region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2009, he graduated from secondary school No. 3 in Karabalyk. In the period from 2009-2013, he studied at the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute at the Faculty of Philology, majoring in Kazakh language and literature. He is married and has four children.

From September 2013 to May 2014, he worked as a physics laboratory assistant , a teacher of Kazakh language and literature at the gymnasium named after him. Nurzhan Naushabayeva in Zatobolsk (Tobyl) Kostanay region. From May 2014 to July 2020, he worked as a Kazakh language teacher at the KSU Language Learning Center of the Akimat of Karabalyk district. From July 2020 to November 2022, he worked as the acting head of the KSU "Language Learning Center of the Akimat of the Karabalyk district". From November 2022 to July 2023, he was the Chief Language Development Specialist at the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of Karabalyk district. From July 2023 to March 2026, he was the head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of the Karabalyk district. On March 17, 2026, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region.
