Biography
In 2000-2005, he graduated from the Kazakh state Agrarian University with a degree in biotechnology and selection, in 2006-2008-with a degree in state and local administration.
He started his career from June 2006 to May 2007 as a trade agent of JSC "Beer Factory No. 1" in Almaty.
From 2007 to February 2009, he worked as a PTO engineer at Elektrikuaty LLP in Taldykorgan.
In 2009-2010-Chief Specialist of the Department of internal policy of Balkhash district, in 2010-2011-chief specialist, head of the sector of the Department of internal policy, culture and language development of Balkhash district, from December 2011 to March 2012-acting head of the Department of culture and language development of Balkhash district, in 2012-2014-Chief Specialist of the Department of personnel, organization and state and legal work of the Office of the Akim of Balkhash district, From January 2014 to October 2014, he worked as the head of the Department of organizational and state-legal work of the Office of the Akim of Balkhash district.
From October 2014 to August 2016, he held the position of Chief of staff of the Akim of Balkhash district, in 2016-2019-head of the General Department of the Akim's Office of Balkhash district, in 2019-2020-head of the Entrepreneurship Department of Balkhash district, in 2020-2021-head of the Department of Housing and communal services and housing inspection of Balkhash district, from 2022 to the present day-head of the Department of Housing and communal services, Passenger Transport, Highways and housing inspection of Balkhash district in progress.
