Biography
Tazhmakhanov Zhagypar Aitbayevich was born in 1984 in Karmakshi district of Kyzylorda region.
In 2006 he graduated from the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in History and Law;
In 2011, he received a master's degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He started his career in 2006 as a history teacher at the college of Bolashak University;
in 2007-2008 - Deputy director of secondary school No. 235;
in 2008-2009 - Chief specialist of the socio-political department of the office of the Akim of the city of Kyzylorda;
In 2009-2010 - Chief Specialist, Chief Inspector of the Department of Organizational and Inspection work and Regional Development of the Akim's office of the Kyzylorda region;
in 2011-2012 - Head of the sector, Deputy Head of the Department of Organizational and inspection work and Regional Development of the Akim's office of the Kyzylorda region;
in 2012-2013 - Deputy Head of the Department for Youth Policy of the Kyzylorda region;
in 2014-2015 - Inspector, Chief Inspector of the Department of Organizational and inspection work and Regional Development of the Akim's office of the Kyzylorda region;
in 2015-2020 - Deputy akim of Zhalagash district;
in 2020-2020 - Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of the Akim's office of the Kyzylorda region;
in 2020-2022 - Deputy Head of the Kyzylorda Regional Department of Physical Culture and Sports;
On June 1, 2022, by order of the akim of the city, he was appointed head of the KSU "Kyzylorda City Department of Culture and Language Development" of the Akimat of the city of Kyzylorda.
