Biography
Esengaliev Berik Abatvich, born in 1977. Education – higher. In 1998, He graduated from the West Kazakhstan agricultural Institute.
Since 1999, he started working at the Kurmet PF as a specialist, then continued working as a Director of this Fund.
In 2002-2008, he held senior positions in various enterprises of the region.
2008 – 2012 - Deputy akim of Zhanibek district of West Kazakhstan region.
2012 – 2013 - akim of Zhanibek district of West Kazakhstan region.
2013 – 2014 - Deputy head of the Department of Finance of the West Kazakhstan region.
2014 - 2017 - Deputy head of the Department of energy and housing and communal services of the West Kazakhstan region.
2017-2020 head of the Department of agriculture of the West Kazakhstan region.
