Biography
Omarkulov Zhandos Kastelbekovich was born on January 27, 1968 in the Podgornoye village of Lugovskoy district of Dzhambul region, Kazakh.
In 1989 he graduated from the Gorky Higher Military School of Logistics named after Marshal of the Soviet Union I.Kh. Baghramyan.
In 2008 graduated Military Academy of Logistics and transport named after army general A.V. Khrulev in Saint-Petersburg.
Since July 1989 to November 2009 he served in positions of Food service officer to head of the Logistics department.
Since November 2009 to May 2013 - Deputy Commander of the Internal Troops of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan for logistics.
Since May 2013 to May 2014 - Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Internal Troops of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan for logistics.
Since May 2014 - Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan for logistics.
He is a Honored worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, awarded 20 medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 5 of 2016, he was confered the military rank of major-general.
