Born in 1980 in the city of Kyzylorda, Kyzylorda region. In 2001 he graduated from Kyzylorda State University. Korkyt ata majoring in International Economic Relations. In 2002, he graduated from the Master's degree program of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in Economics.
