Biography
Born in 1963 at the Timursky state farm, Kyzylkum district, South Kazakhstan region.
Graduated from Kazakh State University named after S. Kirov (1986). Historian, teacher of history with teaching in a foreign language named after Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (1998), Lawyer.
He began his career in 1986 as an assistant, trainee at the Almaty Institute of Architecture and Construction.
1993-1999 – Regional Manager of Yashar Holding, Almaty.
1999-2005 – Director of SE "Almatyzharnama", Almaty.
2005-2006 – Deputy Secretary, Secretary of the Central Office of the Republican Party Asar, Almaty.
2006-2008 – Deputy Head of the Central Office of the Nur Otan Party, Astana.
03.2008-11.2008 – Secretary of the Central Office of the "Nur Otan" Party, Astana.
2008-2013 – Deputy Head of the Central Office of the "Nur Otan" Party, Astana.
2013-2014 – First Deputy General Director of First Channel Eurasia LLP, Astana.
