Biography
Zulkashev Rustem Mulkayevich was born in 1965 in the village of Zhaksybay, Zhanibek district, West Kazakhstan region. Higher education, in 1989 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in Agricultural Mechanization.
He began his career in 1989-1997 as a mechanical engineer, chief engineer of the state farm "Orda".
