Biography
Esmagambetov K.B., born in 1963, higher education, graduated with honors in 1985 Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR qualified as a lawyer. Candidate of Legal Sciences.
He began his career in 1980 as a mechanic of the grain base No. 100 in the Yerementau district of the Akmola region. Since 1981, he served in the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2009, he has worked in the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the republican budget.
Prior to his appointment as chairman of the Audit Commission for the Akmola region, he held the position of adviser to the Chairman of the Accounts Committee for Control over the execution of the republican budget.
He is a state auditor of the highest category, has an international certificate of state auditor (CIPFA Public Auditor, Great Britain).
