Biography
Alybayev Rashid Elshibekovich January 9, 1971 in the village of Karakemer, Kordai district, Zhambyl region was born. In 1994 he graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University with a degree in Mathematics. In 2001 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Law.
1994-1999 - teacher of mathematics in the village Қар1 named after A.Nussupbayev, Karakemer village;
From 2001 to 2021 he was the manager of SevenHolding LLP in Kordai village;
as well as the head of the farm "Olzhas" in the village Karakemer from 2016 to 2021;
From September 27, 2021 to December 27, 2021 - Acting Akim of Karakemer rural district of Kordai district;
Since December 27, 2021 he has been working as akim of Karakemer rural district of Kordai district.
