Biography
Duisenbayeva Bibizada Ashimovna was born in 1971.
Education
Aktobe State Medical Institute
Graduated with a degree in pediatrician.

Pediatrician of Kyzylorda City Polyclinic No. 2 (1996-1997);
• Pediatrician of the United City Children's Hospital (1997-1998);
• General practitioner of Kyzylorda City Polyclinic No. 1 (1998-2002), after disbanding, part-time pediatrician until 2012;
• Head of the cycle of general professional disciplines of the Kyzylorda Medical College (2002-2006);
• Methodologist, organizer of educational and methodical work of the Kyzylorda Medical College (2006-2012);
• Head of the Educational and Methodological Department under the UNICEF program of the Kyzylorda Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital (2012-2015);
• Regional Coordinator of the opening of the "Effective Technology Training Center" of the Kyzylorda Regional Multidisciplinary Children's Hospital for Practitioners and Secondary medical workers on integrated management of Childhood Diseases (IVBDV) and the universal Progressive Model (UPM) of the patronage service (2015-2016);
• Head of the Maternity and Childhood Department of the Health Department of the Kyzylorda region (2016-2021);

• Implementation of the international Quality management standard (ISO 9001:2010 Quality management system – Requirements) in the office work of the Kyzylorda Medical College (2011);
• Participant in the creation of the adapted WHO pocket handbook "Provision of inpatient care to children" guidelines for the management of the most common diseases in children's hospitals to the conditions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Dissemination of best practices in the Republic of Uzbekistan to reduce maternal and infant mortality of the Health Department of the Kyzylorda region of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the UZ KZO RK) through the introduction into practice of the universal progressive model (UPM) of the patronage service (2019);
• Visit of the organizers of the ministries and Departments of Health of the Republics of Azerbaijan, Abkhazia (Autonomous Republic of Georgia) and Ukraine to the medical organizations of primary health care and hospitals of the UZ KZO RK in order to exchange experiences on reducing maternal and infant mortality (02.2020);
