Biography
Has two higher educations. He graduated from Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in mathematics teacher and Kostanay Engineering and Economics University named after M. Dulatov with a degree in economics.
He worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Internal Policy and special sphere of the State Institution "Akim's Office of Rudny", the chief specialist of the State Institution "Rudny City Department of Internal Policy", the chief specialist of the Department of organizational control and personnel work of the State Institution "Akim's Office of Rudny", the chief inspector of the akim of Rudny, in December 2021 he was appointed head of the Department of organizational andcontrol work of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of Rudny".
He was awarded the Jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasynn Tauelsizdigine 30 zhyl".
