Biography
Isabaev Tauba Kairzhanovich, born in 1967, Kazakh, higher education, in 1993 graduated from the Akmola Institute of civil engineering with a degree in automobiles and automobile industry.
He began his career in 1985 as a Stockman at the seletinsky state farm in the Seletinsky district of the Tselinograd region.
After graduation, he worked as an engineer at the seletinsky state farm in the Seletinsky district of Akmola region. In April 1996, he joined the civil service. He worked as the head of the sector of the office of the akim of Seletinsky and yerementau districts in the period from April 1996 to may 1999. Since June 1999, he worked in the office of the Governor of the Akmola region. From April 2004 to March 2005-assistant to the Governor of Kostanay region. From March 2005 to June 2014-Deputy chief of staff of the akim of Kostanay region.
From June 2014 to June 2016-akim of Kostanay district.
Since July 2016-akim of the Fedorovsky district.
