Biography
Kuttykov Bakytzhan Bauyrzhanovich was born on November 28, 1987 in the village of Betkainar, Kordai district, Zhambyl region. In 2013 he graduated from the Zhambyl Humanitarian and Technical University with a degree in Finance.
Started working in 2012. 2012-2014 Disinfector of the Zhambyl branch of the Republican State Enterprise "Republican Anti-Epizootic Detachment" of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan st. "Karasu" of the Kordai district of the Zhambyl region, the village of Karasu;
