Biography
Special rank – Lieutenant Colonel of Justice.
Education – higher. Graduated from Pavlodar Legal College of the Criminally-Executive System under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2009, and from Kokshetau University named after A. Myrzakhmetov in 2017.
In 2009, he began his service in the internal affairs bodies as Senior Specialist – Senior Inspector of the Personnel Group at Institution EС-164/9 of the Criminally-Executive System in the North Kazakhstan Region.
From 2009 to 2017, he served as Senior Inspector for social and labor placement of released persons in the Educational Work Department for convicts at Institution EС-164/3 of the Department of Criminally-Executive System in the North Kazakhstan Region.
In 2018, he was Head of the Department for Educational and Social-Psychological Work among the special contingent at Institution EС-164/1 of the Department of Criminally-Executive System in the North Kazakhstan Region.
From 2018 to 2021, he served as Head of Unit of the Group for Educational and Social-Psychological Work among the special contingent at Institution EС-164/9 of the Department of Criminally-Executive System in the North Kazakhstan Region.
From 2021 to 2025, he served as Inspector, Senior Inspector, and later Head of the Division for Educational and Social-Psychological Work among convicts at the Department of Criminally-Executive System in the North Kazakhstan Region.
Since December 2025 to the present, he has been serving as Deputy Head for Educational Work at Institution No.52 of the Department of Criminally-Executive System in the North Kazakhstan Region.
