Higher education. He graduated from M.Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University in 2003, and from the Kokshe Academy in 2015.
In 2009, he was an inspector of the logistics support group.;
From 2009 to 2011, he was an inspector of the Technical Service group.;
From 2011 to 2013, Senior Inspector of the Technical Service Group;
From 2013 to 2017, he was a senior inspector of the Technical Service Group of the Police and Technical Service Organization Department.;
From 2017 to 2018, he was a senior inspector at the logistics Department.;
From 2018 to 2024, Head of the Logistics Department;
From 2024 to 2025, Deputy Assistant on duty to the head of the pre-trial detention center of the On-Duty Service "Institution No. 66" of the Department of Criminal Defense for the North Kazakhstan Region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From January 2025 to the present, Deputy Head of General Affairs of the "Institution No. 66" Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the North Kazakhstan Region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
