Education is higher. He graduated in 2010 from Pavlodar Law College of the KUIS of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2013 from Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov.
From 2008 to 2010, a cadet at the Pavlodar Law College of the KUIS of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
In 2010, a specialist inspector of juvenile justice of the UII No.2 of the Musrepov district of the DUIS in the North Kazakhstan region;
From 2010 to 2011, a specialist instructor in BSP of the personnel group of the EC-164/8 DUIS institution in the North Kazakhstan region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From 2011 to 2015, Senior inspector of the UII No.2 of the Musrepov district and the Ayyrtau district of the DUIS in the North Kazakhstan region;
