Biography
Almira Askerkhanovna was born on March 2, 1976, a native of the East Kazakhstan region, Katon-Karagay district, the village of Medvedka. Graduated from S.Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in «World History». She began her career in the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Zhezkazgan as a sergeant of a separate security battalion.
From 13.11.2009 to 01.05.2010, chief specialist of organizational, control and personnel work of the State Institution «Apparatus of Akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of East Kazakhstan region».
