Biography
Не was born on may 30, 1968 in Makinsk, Akmola region. In 1992, he graduated from the Tselinograd Institute of civil engineering with a degree in agricultural construction.
He started his career in 1992 as a foreman of Makinsk's small business «Perspektiva». From 2003 to 2007, Director of «Ospanbekov B. A.» individual enterpreneurship. From 2007 to 2012 he worked as chief specialist in «Department of architecture and urban planning of Bulandy district», «Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of Bulandy district», «Department of construction of Bulandy district», «Department of architecture and urban planning of the city of Petropavlovsk», «Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the city of Kokshetau».
From 2015 to 2016 - Acting Deputy akim of Tselinograd district.
From 2016 to 2018 - Deputy akim of Tselinograd district.
From 2018 to 2020, he worked as the head of the Department of state architectural and construction control of the Akmola region.
From 2020 to 2024, akim of the Tselinograd district.
In May 2024, he was appointed head of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akmola region.
