Education is higher. He graduated from the Kokshe Academy in 2014, and in 2019 from the magistracy of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh.Kabylbayeva.

From 2005 to 2007 a cadet at the Pavlodar Law College of the KUIS of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

From 2007 to 2008 head of the detachment of the group for educational work among convicts of the EC-164/9 UKUIS institution for North Kazakhstan region;

From 2008 to 2010 an operative specialist of the operational department of the EC-164/9 UKUIS institution for North Kazakhstan region;

From 2010 to 2015 Senior operative officer of the operational department of the EC-164/9 DUIS institution for the North Kazakhstan Region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

From 2015 to 2017 an operative, senior operative and head of the operational department of the EC-164/4 DUIS institution for North Kazakhstan region;

From 2017 to 2019 he was enrolled in the scientific and pedagogical magistracy of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh.Kabylbayeva;
