Biography
Alibekuly Nurlybek is a lieutenant colonel of justice. Born on August 28, 1986 in Shymkent, South Kazakhstan region.
Higher education, law. In 2007 he graduated from Shymkent Law College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.Momyshuly, in 2009 he graduated from the South Kazakhstan Humanitarian Institute named after M.Saparbayev.
Candidate for Master of Sports in boxing.
He has been serving in law enforcement agencies since 2005.
From 2007 to 2012, he held various positions in the personnel service.
From 2012 to 2015, he was an operative of the Missing persons search group and the identification of unidentified corpses of the Criminal Investigation Department.
From 2016 to 2021, he held senior positions in the district and regional divisions of the Department of Internal Affairs of South Kazakhstan Region.
2021-2022 - Head of the Operational Department of the Department of the Penitentiary System in the city of Shymkent and Turkestan region
On January 30, he was appointed to the post of Head of Institution No. 78 of the Department of the Penitentiary System for the city of Shymkent and Turkestan region
